Founder & Primary Consultant
Natalie has worked with over 20 local government and business clients in all corners of California, Oregon and Colorado on diversion strategies and compliance project management. Her most recent accomplishments include writing zero waste plans for the City of Santa Monica and City of Carlsbad while employed with R3 Consulting Group. Previously, she served as a Climate Corps fellow with Alameda County where she helped over 50 classrooms to be more sustainable.
Her background is in public relations and environmental health, and she has backpacked through 12 countries exploring different food and compost systems in Asia, Central America, Canada and Europe. She is fascinated by human behavior and continues to study community-based social marketing and its role in increasing diversion.
